As a life-long Seattleite, Anthony is continually amazed at how much sunshine there is in New England and the abundance of days that affords him down by the river to fly fish. When he’s not making cheesy analogies connecting fishing to business, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, his girlfriend and two dogs, backpacking, cooking and tending to the garden.
Tania cut her teeth in HR and Recruiting in the Food Industry. Having worked for both small and large companies in Philadelphia and New York, Tania is a dynamic HR professional and a high-volume recruiter. In New York, she hired over 350 employees for her company from hourly to executive levels within two years as well as built an HR department from the ground up as Director of HR for a growing restaurant group. She simultaneously found herself a Board Member seat within the Human Resources Professionals in Hospitality: New York Chapter. In that seat, to address a shortage of resources amongst the group, she orchestrated a city-wide, multi company career fair- spearheading ad campaign efforts, participants, candidate acquisition.
Having decided to leave the city environment, Tania moved to Western Mass with her two pups to fulfill her dream of living amongst hiking trails, mountains and lakes. Once here, she switched up industries to gain multi-industry exposure and she took charge of all HR and Recruiting efforts for a local tech company and quickly hired over two dozen employees within her first year and really dug her heels in the Tech Industry. She’s a great addition to the team and strives to make the interview and hiring process as comfortable and fun as possible for both clients and candidates with her creative questions and natural ease.
