Jackie Fallon, President
Jackie spent more than twenty years in the IT industry in Western Massachusetts before she developed her unique approach to IT staffing. With more than a decade of experience as a Systems Engineer for IBM, as well a stint as the leader of a sales and service group specializing in solutions for businesses in the Northeast, Jackie knows every unique challenge of the IT sector. Based on her belief that small companies deserve a high quality, personal approach to IT staffing challenges, Jackie founded FIT in 2005. Jackie is active in the community and participates in the Industry Advisory Board at WNEU (her alma mater,) the Business Advisory Council for the Mass. Rehabilitation Commission, the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce, the Economic Development Council, AIM, EANE, and the Northampton Chamber of Commerce. Jackie is also actively involved in the Western Mass .NET and CT Users Groups.
Meghan Fallon, Technical Recruiter
Meghan joined the company as a Technical Recruiter in 2014. Meghan is responsible for sourcing technical talent in the information technology field for FIT Staffing's client base in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Meghan brings several years of staffing and recruiting experience across a wide spectrum of industries, and she ensures FIT has the most talented, experienced pool of IT professionals. She has her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Massachusetts in Sociology and Communications.
Emily Doucette, Technical Recruiter
Emily joined the FIT team as a Technical Recruiter in 2016. She has recruiting and HR experience in the information technology and aerospace engineering industries. Emily is responsible for sourcing and screening technical talent for our MA and CT clients. She has a Business Management bachelor's degree and a Masters of Business Administration from Springfield College. Emily is also a member of the adjunct faculty at Springfield College and teaches Business Management to undergraduate students.
